Terms of Service

Version 1.0.1 · Last updated: 26 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and RELZ ("RELZ", "we", "us", "our"), a service operating in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. They govern your access to and use of the RELZ mobile applications, websites, and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. What RELZ is

RELZ is a technology platform that helps you discover and use independent stores — "mini-apps" — through one account and one familiar experience. Each mini-app is run by an independent business ("Vendor"). Orders may be delivered by the delivery company selected and contracted by the Vendor, or handed over by the Vendor at pickup, but only where that option is actually enabled for the order. Planex is being prepared and tested for integration with the Platform, but it is not connected for real orders. During internal testing, a delivery may be simulated; a simulated delivery is labelled as a test in the app and does not mean that Planex or anyone else is carrying, delivering or collecting cash for an order. A delivery company is named for an order only when its service is actually enabled for that order; while no delivery service is enabled, delivery is not offered. Any delivery option actually available for an order is shown before you confirm it. Additional companies may be offered in the future.

Who does what. When you buy from a mini-app, the item is sold by that Vendor through RELZ: the Vendor is the seller and your contractual party. The Vendor is responsible for its products, their description, price and availability, preparing your order, its invoices and warranties, and responding to return requests and sending refunds, under the policy it publishes in the app and under applicable law. The Vendor sends any refund for the products directly to you. Where a delivery company is actually enabled and assigned to an order, it is responsible for the delivery it performs under its agreement with the Vendor and collects cash on delivery for the Vendor. RELZ provides the technology Platform: your account, the mini-app pages, order records, chat, notifications and support channels, RELZ Credit, the fees RELZ itself charges, and the enforcement of its Platform standards.

When something goes wrong. Start with the mini-app — it knows its products and handles its own customer service, returns and refunds. If an issue stays unresolved, you can report the Vendor to RELZ (see section 6). RELZ then reviews whether the Vendor met its Platform standards; RELZ does not replace the Vendor and never decides, funds, processes or guarantees a return or refund. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law.

2. Eligibility & accounts

3. Orders and payment (cash)

4. Each mini-app's policy

Before you order, each mini-app shows you its published return and exchange choices, any extra terms it adds, the fulfilment options available for your order, and any related charges. You accept the mini-app's policy at checkout, and we record the version you accepted with your order. A delivery company's separate operational terms are not RELZ's terms; any additional service will be offered only after its applicable terms and availability are shown to you.

5. Your rights at the door, returns, exchanges & refunds

6. Reporting an unresolved issue to RELZ

If an issue with a Vendor stays unresolved — for example the Vendor rejected your request; the Vendor has owed you a response for 48 consecutive hours (your latest message or request has had no reply from the Vendor for 48 hours in a row); the Vendor accepted your request but has taken no further step for 48 consecutive hours; or a refund it recorded did not reach you — you can report it to RELZ in the app. This report is a review of the Vendor's compliance with RELZ's Platform standards. It is not a return request to RELZ, not a decision on a financial dispute, and not a promise that RELZ will refund you or that any particular outcome will follow.

After reviewing the documented evidence, RELZ may take Platform action, such as:

Such action concerns the Vendor's account only: it does not change the Vendor's response to your request or create a refund from RELZ. The Vendor remains responsible for resolving your purchase and any refund. You keep every right you have under the law, including the right to go to the competent authorities or courts.

7. RELZ Credit

8. Content you submit (reviews, photos, videos & messages)

You are responsible for anything you post — including reviews, photos, videos and reels, messages, and any other content. It must be truthful, lawful, and must not be offensive, misleading, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing, and must not contain another person's private information. You confirm you own or have the rights to any content you upload. You grant RELZ a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and use your content to operate and promote the Platform.

Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse. We do not allow objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You can report any content or user, or block a user, from within the app, or by emailing teamrelzapp@gmail.com. We review reports promptly and may remove content, withhold rewards, and suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms. Users who repeatedly post objectionable content or abuse others may be permanently removed from the Platform, and we may refuse to let them create a new account.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

10. Vendors and delivery companies (business users)

If you use the Platform as a Vendor, you additionally agree to: provide accurate listings, prices, and store location; hold all licences and permits required by law; comply with consumer, product-safety, tax, and other applicable regulations; fulfil accepted orders; publish your return and exchange choices and any additional terms in the app, disclose the available fulfilment method and charges, and honour your policy together with your customers' legal rights; answer your customers' return requests through the Platform, give a written reason for any rejection, send any refund to your customer directly and record it truthfully; and pay RELZ any agreed commissions or amounts owed. RELZ makes a Vendor's earnings from a delivered order ready for payout 24 hours after delivery and transfers them to the payout details (such as CliQ) the Vendor provides; customer returns and refunds are settled by the Vendor directly with the customer and are not deducted by RELZ. The Vendor arranges and agrees the operational delivery terms with its chosen delivery company. A delivery company is responsible for the service it undertakes under its applicable agreements and law; these Terms do not set its pickup, cash-handling or damage rules. Vendors and delivery companies are independent businesses, not employees or agents of RELZ. Where a Vendor fails to address a substantiated customer issue or breaches Platform standards, RELZ may investigate and, where justified under applicable law and agreements, remove a listing or restrict the Vendor's Platform access. An account action does not replace the Vendor's duty to resolve the customer's underlying claim.

Products that may not be listed. Regardless of category, the following may not be offered, listed, or sold through the Platform:

This list is not exhaustive. We may remove an unlawful or unsafe listing and take appropriate account action, including immediate action where necessary to protect users or comply with law. Any payment withholding must have a lawful basis and follow the applicable agreement. Vendors remain responsible for ensuring that everything they list is lawful to sell where it is sold.

11. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by RELZ and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

12. The Platform as provided

We work to keep the Platform available, accurate, and secure, and we fix mistakes caused by the Platform itself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", and we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. The products, their description and quality, and their returns are the Vendor's responsibility, and each delivery is the responsibility of the delivery company actually assigned to it; you can still report a Vendor to RELZ as described in section 6.

13. Responsibility and liability

The Vendor is responsible for the goods it sells and its obligations to its customer; the delivery company is responsible for the delivery service it actually provides. RELZ remains responsible for its own Platform services, representations, fees and actions to the extent required by applicable law. Describing the different roles does not exclude liability that the law places on any party. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a consumer right or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Jordanian law.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for losses directly caused by your unlawful or deliberate misuse of the Platform or by content you had no right to submit. This does not make you responsible for a Vendor's or delivery company's conduct, or reduce any mandatory consumer right.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time. The in-app option is under Profile → Settings → Delete Account. While one of your orders is still in progress, the request can be completed once it is delivered, collected or cancelled. If the in-app process cannot be completed, contact us at the address in section 19. Completing deletion removes access to your account and RELZ Credit and deletes your profile and the personal data linked to it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Records of your orders, return requests and refunds, and the related financial records, may be kept without your name, addresses or contact details where the Vendor or RELZ needs them for accounting, tax, legal obligations or a valid legal claim; they are no longer available through the deleted account. We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonably possible, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, legal reasons, or to protect the Platform or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment for accepted goods, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we change the version and date above and, for material changes, ask you to accept the updated Terms in the app before you continue. We record the version you accepted, when you accepted it, and the language in which it was shown.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. If you have a concern about RELZ itself, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, you may approach a competent authority or court under applicable law. These Terms do not restrict any forum or remedy the law makes available to you.

18. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor. These Terms govern your use of RELZ's Platform. A mini-app's published policy applies to your purchase from that Vendor; any delivery company's applicable terms concern the service it provides. Showing or recording those separate terms in the Platform does not turn RELZ into the seller or make those terms RELZ's own.

Events outside our control. Neither you nor RELZ is responsible for failing to perform, or for delay in performing, any obligation under these Terms where the cause is outside that party's reasonable control — including natural events, war, civil unrest, epidemic, strike, failure of power or telecommunications networks, and acts of government or regulators. This does not excuse payment for goods you have already accepted.
