Who am I buying from?
You buy directly from the business operating the selected mini-app. That business is the seller and is responsible for its products or services, published policy, and responses to return or refund requests under applicable law.
What does RELZ do if there is a problem?
RELZ provides the platform, order records, messaging, notifications, and a way to report conduct that may breach platform standards. The business responds to the customer and handles the request under its policy and applicable consumer law.
How are delivery and returns handled?
Delivery is handled by the delivery company used by the business. Return requests are sent to the mini-app through the order or chat, and the business arranges any return, exchange, or refund it accepts.
